WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Regarding cancellations, your appointment at La Pêche is reserved exclusively for you, and we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. In the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice, our professionals lose the opportunity to fill your appointment time. A fee of 50% of the reserved service price will apply to all appointments cancelled within the window of 24 hours, and no-show guests as well as same day cancellations will be charged in full for the missed appointment.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A POLICY LIKE THIS?

We strictly enforce our cancellation policy out of respect for our estheticians. When a client doesn’t show up for an appointment, the esthetician loses the opportunity to fill the time with another client, and because our professionals are paid per appointment, this affects her financially.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

La Pêche is a professional adult salon and our insurance dictates that we can not allow for additional guests at your appointment. We encourage you to find adequate childcare so you can receive the maximum results and experience during your appointment.

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

Due to demand, our schedule is booked back to back. If you are more than ten minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to see you, or we may need to move your appointment to another time that day. If we are unable to see you because you are late, you are subject to a charge per our cancellation policy.
